I was an English teacher at school for 3-8 grades

During the year I worked in different positions in the department of multimodal cargo transportation, as there was a need to replace each other in the department .

My duties included:

• Organization and management of sea , air and railway transportation from Asia to Europe, Russia and Belarus
• Organization of containers trucking and small cargoes from Europe and within Europe, to Russia and Belarus
• Registration of documents for the cargo and control of payment to partners
• Finding and attracting new clients as well as working with regular clients of the company

After one year of working as a forwarder, company offered to be a head of department.

In my subordination was 5-7 people who are engaged in the organization of sea, air and railway transportation from Asia to Europe, Belarus and Russia. Also we delivered all cargoes to consignees by trucks (FCL and LCL)

My tasks included:

• the fulfillment of the planned indicators of the department
• organization and control of the work of employees.
• managed orders for VIP clients.
• held meetings with clients and contractors ( China, Europe, Russia and Belarus companies) and attended various transport exhibitions
• created a motivation system for the department employees , calculated the salaries.
• trained new employees and colleagues of the company in multimodal transportation.
• development of new logistics routes

I continued working in the same position, in the same company.

Only in the Polish office.

All employees were in Belarus, I was in Poland.
