• Collaborated with physicians to quickly assess the patient and deliver appropriate treatment for ARDS while managing rapidly changing conditions with Covid.
• Quickly identify and manage respiratory decline, cardiac arrest, emergent ventilation, sedation, and paralysis.
• Participate in rapid response and code blue resuscitation.
• Lead team during pronation and supination maneuvers.
• Titrate cardiac IV medications, assist with TEE, cardioversion, defibrillation; manage post ACS patients, pull arterial sheaths and manage post PCI pts.
• Assist with bedside procedures: tracheostomy, bronchoscopy, arterial, central line insertion, paracentesis, chest tube placement.
• Preceptor: teach nursing students about care of cardiac ICU patients.

• Provide specialized care to critically ill patients, including respiratory and cardiac failure, sepsis, renal failure.
