As technical lead for PayStation Client Onboarding team, I oversee core designs and operational improvements. With 9+ years in software development, I have delivered critical initiatives, including Recurring Payment Contract (RPC) Launch for Digital and Retail systems, Guided Onboarding Client Initiative and Message Generation Exporter Redesign.
Project Highlights:
Recurring Payment Contract (RPC) Launches:I led Prime's onboarding into RPC system, addressing complex edge cases and aligning multiple teams. Work on BLIK payment method improved subscription processes, achieving a 30% lift in Alternative Payment Method coverage. I also enhanced SNSSubscribe and Save) recurring payment process for Retail, reducing cancellations with significant financial impact.
PayStation Central and Client Acceleration: I led knowledge transfer and architectural improvements for PayStation Central, focusing on configuration centralization and client acceleration, laying the groundwork for future milestones in onboarding and payment routing automation.

Operational Excellence, Innovation, and Mentorship:
I've driven operational excellence by resolving critical issues, optimizing processes, and delivering innovations like Payments chatbot and AutoCode generation, recognized at Generative AI Hackathon. I've also contributed to the Payments community through presentations, tech talks, and leading key initiatives like RPC Project transition and Smart Retry. Additionally, I've mentored and grown the team, supporting 5 L4 to L5 promotions and ensuring high standards across all projects.
