• Develop and maintain project schedules for small, medium and large size Oil & Gas/Engineering/Commercial and maintenance Multi-discipline projects using Primavera software. Resource loaded the schedule for forecasting. Develop the Manpower deployment, Histogram, Progress curve, Equipment schedules. Cost Estimate, Material take-off, RFQ, RFI, cost negations, Prelims, etc.

• Established Building Civil,Electrical,HVAC,Lighting and Plumbing PPM schedule for the QatarGas south,north and Barzan plant.
• Developed space planning using CAD

• Assigned Multiple projects in all the levels like Upstream, Mid and downstream Industrial projects from conception through completion, involved in Engineering, Cost Engineering & cost control, Planning & Scheduling, Resource planning, Sub Contractor management, Monitoring & controlling and close outs organized from HO and also assigned for MEP projects Planning & Scheduling using MS Project

Key Achievement: Handled multiple projects in all the levels like Engineering, tendering, BOQ preparation, Planning & Scheduling, Sub Contractor management, Monitoring & controlling and Project Closing's in various Civil / Structural works from HO and Established & controlled various EPC Civil and MEP projects using MS Project
