Project: Client Segmentation Tool

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The Client Segmentation Tool is an application that helps people efficiently group their book of business and create a standardized segmentation and service model baselines for the practice. When it comes to delivering a referable service experience and proactively contacting all clients quarterly as part of the Ameriprise Client Experience, it categorizes the business of the client according to the annual revenue, GDC amount, AUM amount of the basis of Segment like Platinum clients are the top most clients, then Gold clients and so on.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Actively involved in Agile/Scrum methodology involved in giving points to User stories, Backlog grooming and refinement, sprint planning, daily standups, user story demos, attended retrospective meetings and working on iterations (sprints) part of releases.
• Involved in understanding requirements, developing test cases and automation test scripts, creating and identifying input test data for test streams, automating regression scripts in BDD framework and executing tests.
• Ability to document and track defects as well as produced detailed report using defect tracking tool such as JIRA.
• Involved in creating test scripts, enhancement of scripts and maintenance of scripts using Selenium web driver with Java.
• Involved in implementing page object model, Behavior driven framework using Cucumber, data driven framework using TestNG as a Unit testing Framework and Maven as Build management tool.
• Identify, troubleshoot and provide solutions for the potential issues and Execute automation scripts and participate in test automation tools and methodologies.
• Coordinating closely with developers, BAs and product owners to ensure high- quality releases.
• Contribution in creating Reusable components/functions, utility functions, and integrating tools like TestNG, Maven, Extent Reports and Selenium Web driver which gave practical insights into scalable and maintainable framework design.
• Written several SQL queries and analyzed them to validate the business rules in PG admin.

Project : Société Générale Cashfit

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Société Générale is France's third largest bank by total assets which deals in Retail, private investment, corporate banking and also strengthens global payments and cash management. The main aim of the project is End to End transaction of payments from one bank to other bank including all the services, validation checks of the payments and different types of transactions like onus (Socgen creditor and debtor bank) and not onus (Socgen debtor and different creditor bank).

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Involved in developing test scripts, understanding requirements, test scenarios, input test data for test streams, application product from scratch in Cucumber testing framework by writing BDD test scripts and test case in Eclipse using Selenium Webdriver with Java.
• Worked on Agile/Scrum methodology involved in giving points to User stories, Backlog grooming, user story demos, attended retrospective meetings and worked on iterations (sprints) part of releases.
• Worked in integrated server side java code with UI components using JSON, XML against restful web services.
• Ability to document and track defects as well as produced detailed report using defect tracking tool such as JIRA.
• Identify, troubleshoot and provide solutions for the potential issues and Execute automation scripts and participate in test automation tools and methodologies.
• Contribution in creating Reusable components/functions.

Project: Aflac

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

It is an American insurance company and is the largest provider of supplemental insurance in the United States. The company now offers several types of insurance policies in the United States, including the following: Accident, Cancer/Specified Disease, Dental, Life, Short Term Disability, Vision etc. It uses an application named EVERWELL which streamlines administration, enrollment and communication into one convenient, online solution where user can view, compare and select plans online.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Involved in various agile ceremonies.
• Experience in requirement analysis, understanding User stories, Test designing, Test scenarios and Test execution.
• Responsible for Functional testing, Regression testing, Sanity ,Smoke testing, Exploratory etc. in QA env.
• Actively involved with developers in tracking and resolving the defects raised.
• Status Tracking & reporting of Execution.
• Test management and Defect Logging and Tracking using Team Foundation Server.
• Performed API testing using Swagger UI.

Project: Jetstream Bonds

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The aim of the project is to make End-To-End trade life cycle smooth, error free and interactive. The major work is done on two platforms -ION and Inhouse Jetstream, that interact with each other.It covers both Dealer to Dealer and Dealer to Customer trade flow. The functionalities includes pricing (applying tiers, skews, fast spreads etc.), RFQ negotiation,STP etc of different types of Govt and Corporate bonds.

Basically, it covers a major section on Dealer to Dealer and Dealer to Customer trading.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Involved in Requirements , Test designing and test scenarios.
• Reviewing prepared test cases to ensure they demonstrate the business condition under test and the expected results correctly
• Responsible for Functional testing, Regression testing, Sanity ,Smoke testing.
• Created automation test scripts of regression test suite using Selenium Webdriver with Java.
• Involved in Daily scrum calls with scrum members (onshore team)
• Involved in sprint review meetings, providing & receiving feedback.
• Defect Logging and Tracking using JIRA, HP QC.
