- First skill is being able to work like a team with people as trying to wrangle three boys by yourself is a guaranteed death wish
- Second skill is good communication as having good communication when babysitting allows for everyone's needs to be if not meant to have been at least heard which also reduces the amount of mess ups due to poor lack of communication
- Third skill is developing good time management skills as you’re not always gonna have all the time in the world to get things done when you want so learning to prioritize your time better will make you more likely to succeed and be ready for anything that life may send your way
- Fourth and last vital skill that I learned from my time watching over my little nephews is having good focus on what needs to be done as nothing could ever get done if no one could focus
