Throughout my management career, I’ve faced challenges such as navigating budget constraints and managing diverse teams with varying skill levels. Additionally, adapting to rapidly changing technology and maintaining team morale during organizational shifts have required innovative problem-solving and strong leadership skills. Despite these challenges, I’ve consistently fostered a collaborative environment encouraging growth and achieving results.
