I have extensive experience working with people both in a management role and in a subordinate role. Cooperating is a skill that needs to be learned and gives great rewards when applied. Also, know when to give-in and when to hold ground. Often in a management role the lines have been drawn and the rules must be followed.

In all 3 of the example jobs mentioned here I used my cooperating skills as well as my assertiveness to get projects done on time and projected cost.
