•Act as liaison with and communicate with all stakeholders in the L&I process, including trainers, medicalproviders, company representatives, federal and state agencies, and others—focused on avoiding delays.

•Assist claimants in managing treatment plans from medical providers, reviews and conveys clients’ availablemedical benefits, as well as monitor the claimant’s medical and therapeutic attendance and recovery progress.

•Follow up on the claimant’s evaluations and progress of physical, cognitive, and psychological stasis, as well asassess their ability to work and assist in designing retraining most appropriate toward their job goal.

•Author meticulous progress reports to update claimant’s recovery status, including medical recommendations,outlines of physical restrictions, and solutions to overcoming barriers impeding speedy rehabilitation recovery.

•Counsel and support job-seekers with a worker-centric approach and participate in initial meetings with theirWorkSource VSS to collaborate retraining, workshop referrals, job leads, and to discuss transferable skills and LMS.
