  • Renovation services is another work unit within the Office of the Physical Plant. This work unit is in essence an in house construction company who competes with outside GC's. I pursued this position to get back to my roots managing tradesmen and work in the field.
  • Manage pool of 120 technical employees; carpenters, electricians, plumbers, HVAC, sheet metal techs and fabrication shop, building controls technicians, masons, painters, flooring techs, insulators.
  • Communicate with administrative and faculty teams regarding facility needs and project requirements.
