• Assisted in full-cycle implementation of Employee Central (EC) and Employee central payroll
• Partner with HRIS, Talent, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, ER, and additional HR COEs and cross functions including IT
• Manage and resolve ongoing production support activities, including half-yearly SAP releases with end-user issues through troubleshooting and recommendations with timely and accurate resolution
• Manage and maintain documentation, resources, and training materials to continuously support HR users, employees, and managers
• Create HR reports based on standard and custom reporting requirements
