• Inspected the first round of prototype body harnesses for our test bench by testing point to point for over 100+ connectors
• Fabricated and made necessary adjustments to harness before installing on test bench
• Performed a full bring up of our Bot from communication between ECU's, functionality of all components and recording data to ensure that the system is working as intended

Engineering Test Tech (Thermal Systems) Mar '22 - Jan '25

• Owned and designed Bucks to build test benches for our thermal system to allow testing without having to use a full vehicle
• POC for scheduling chamber time for our drive in chamber .
• Used IPEmotion to read data and conclude wether or not the thermal system was operating as intended.
• Fabricated Coolant lines
• Fabricated frame out of 80/20 aluminum
• Installed thermalcouples (T-type) and daqs on numerous test vehicles as well as our thermal bot
• Ran tests through Ibuntu with minor coding

• Work closely with the Sr. Harness design engineer in order to integrate and build complex harnesses
• Help with CAD designs of prototype vehicles and harness lay out
• On a daily basis report to the Head of Manufacturing to give updates and status of vehicles
• Review and Finalize harness schematics for production
• Ensured that all harness coming out of department were up to par with the IPC 620 standards.

• Performs work in the diagnosis, repair, and service of Tesla electric vehicles just manufactured in our Fremont factory
• Performs diagnosis, and repair on electric power train systems, electrical systems, steering, suspension and body work on newly manufactured Tesla Model S and X
• Operate a variety of hand, power, and shop tools
• Perform equipment inspections, adjustments and certifications
• Maintain records of time and materials
• Reports assembly and manufacturing anomalies requiring repeated repair
