I completed my Bachelor degree in Psychology from the Ohio State University in December of 2018 and started to work at CMH1 Amazon Fulfillment Center in June of 2019. I had been with the company for 3 years and 2 months. My current position is a BHD Pick PA. I also had 1 year and 6 months of experience as a FHN Stow PA. Before working for Amazon, I served 4 years in the Navy as a Personnel Specialist and Managed my family's Thai Restaurant in West Virginia for 10 years.
I love working in the fast pace environment that have goals and deadlines. I love challenges and have fun solving problems. As a PA, I treat my associates with respect. I serve as a resource, mentor, and leader. When I coach my team and associates in the department for their performances, not only I educate them on the expectations, I have been sharing the tips and techniques from the top performers. I also monitor and make sure my associates are aware of quality. As a result, my team's performance has always been number 1.
