• Sr Maintenance Technician support for eight buildings, across four sites, manufacturing parenteral pre-filled syringes, cartridges, and vials pharmaceutical products for global use; includes: facility infrastructure, aseptic manufacturing suites, lyophilizes, high speed packaging operations and warehousing. Primary responsibilities also include sterile component and spare parts management, FDA, MHRA and other regulatory agency cGMP and GDP compliance.

• Engineering/Efficiency: Continuous improvement actions frequently include the redesign and retrofit of equipment to improve Quality, Productivity and Reliability-Maintainability-Obsolescence issues.
• Maintained Equipment, planning for future jobs, kitting parts for future jobs, working with contractors, coordinating with contractors to meet deadlines, taking calls 24/7 to help manage group to success.
• Writing work orders and reports to make sure all buildings stay in perfect running condition. Writing daily shift change emails to communicate with off shifts keeping the team up to date, standing in when asked for tier 3 meetings. • Purchasing Support: The Parts Department bids, sources, and tracks over 2000 Capital and Expense spot purchasing actions per year. Regularly developing new vendors with the Purchasing Department.
• Safety: Work in close cooperation with the EHS on local and corporate safety initiatives.
