  • PM & DPM calendar management; scheduling, booking facility's, organizing briefs/ handouts for attendees
  • Attend calendar review with PM and PDM to keep an organized schedule while resolving any scheduling conflicts independently
  • Manage all Check-In/ Check –Out ditties for all PMA personnel
  • Assist in creating an automated Check-In/ out process for better organization and help make revisions
  • Develop and Manage Welcome Aboard package/ video – Update video as things change
  • Process all check in/ out information; including processing building badges and checking clearances
  • Serve as DTS subject matter expert for the PMA and create travel authorizations/ vouchers in DTS for the ELT while providing DTS/ travel support to the whole PMA

  • Handle all correspondence by routing, editing, and tracking all documents to completion

  • Keep office resources, (phone list, seating chart, and muster sheets cube tags, ect.), as PMA personnel fluctuates, all while keeping building administration updated.
  • Updates IBONS and the reservation tool to correctly mirror the seating chart
  • Process visit request for PAX or other bases
  • Handle all PMA mail; pick up or send out
  • Act as the back- up OPS Analyst by doing anything needed
  • Coordinate and host monthly leadership Roll-Up and Program Notebook meetings
  • Coordinate Government Vehicle rental
  • Coordinate farewell frames for ELT
  • Plan PMA events - set up, clean up, & prepare the space for the event.
