• Troubleshoot complaints and answer inquiries with accurate information in a
timely and empathetic manner.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all personnel
• Remain in compliance with local, state and federal regulations
• Respond to emergencies and provide necessary assistance
• Monitor emails and phone correspondence to requests and inquiries appropriately
• Monitor CCTV camera systems
• Handle call-outs and initialize follow-up with supervisors for additional coverage at
post sites
• Operate facility badging software, including enabling and disabling badges
• Utilize internal communications systems including radio, intercom, telephone, PA
systems, and computer-based software with a high level of professionalism
• Respond appropriately to facility alarms
• Provide security support for various locations
• Accurately complete and retain reporting documentation and log
and injury.
