- New Vendor Requests
- Gather required documents and send to the Director of Maintenance for review and approval. If approved, the request is then sent to Procurement.
- Enter new vendors into the XRA Service Dashboard
- Keep the XRA Service Dashboard updated with vendors correct address, phone number, list of services, email address and hours of service.
- Add "child" locations into Cetaris and the XRA Service Dashboard when current vendors open new locations.
- Update shop TVs with the current months Maintenance Newsreel
- Update XRA TVs with the current months slideshow and metrics.

- SOP Gatekeeper
- Employee Recognition (Caught In The Acts, Anniversaries and Birthdays)
- Send the following reports
- OTR Tractors Down
- Tractors Down > 3 & 5 Days
- Outsource Report

My daily responsibilities included
- Reviewing and processing mechanical repair invoices for the regions I supported.
- Issuing purchase orders for all Michelin tire invoices.
