Kyla Schooley

I started my career with Harbor Freight as a part-time sales associate back in September of 2021, from there I moved up to the senior logistics position that opened up, and then into the role of Logistics Supervisor in June of 2023. Some of my current responsibilities include:

• Maintaining a safe and clean store for both associates and customers
• Driving sales to exceed store goals, including selling product, extended protection plans, and Inside track club memberships
• Training and coaching associates on all logistics processes throughout the store, as well as consistently drive for results through my team
• making timely and quality decisions leading to accurate completion of workload
• ensuring items are in stock and priced right to provide the best customer experience possible
• coaching associates in accordance to all standard operating procedures and OSHA guidelines
• Creating a Great Place to Work by motivating my team, and maintaining a safe and fun environment we can all enjoy working in.
