Kyla Wilde

I am currently a fourth year student athlete enrolled in the Masters in Business Administration program at The University of Wyoming. I graduated in May 2024 with a degree in Communication and a minor in marketing. This past summer 2024 I studied abroad in Rome, Italy for the month of July, taking an Italian class and exploring different cities all over Italy. Along with this, I have a wide variety of experience in social media, marketing and working on a team! I am currently a marketing intern for Premier Bone and Joint Centers but have had some previous marketing experience. Being an institutional marketing intern from spring to summer of 2023 helped me grow so much in the marketing world, one of my favorite pieces that has been published from my time at the internship was a blog post I wrote on summer courses here at UW. Along with my blogging experience I've done social media work over the years that’s ranged from posting story outfits for boutiques like Alixandra Blue to an internship with the University of Wyoming Athletics social media accounts. I've worked with mens and women's basketball, wrestling, tennis and more. I’ve helped the men's and women's golf team gain over 1,100 followers in just under two years on their Instagram. I also did some work with the University of Wyomings instagram account. It has improved my time management, team building, communication skills and my work ethic. I am confident that my experience on a team, doing social media for various sports, and working with institutional marketing on biographies, blogs, news releases and more have prepared me for a successful career in marketing. I am a hard worker, excellent communicator and a people person. I would love to be able to debut my variety of skills on a marketing team.
