Greenfield High School
- Developed Articulation agreements with State and local colleges and Universities to honor credit for vocational and skilled training.
- Established strong relationships with Community College Workforce Development Department, creating pathways and placement for High School Seniors that have completed vocational courses.
- Initiated Cooperative and Internship learning and working programs in private and public entities in areas such as utility work, welding,diesel mechanics, construction and public works.
- Created a tuition reimbursement program for high school coop students that attend College in the selected bachelors program and are employed at private firm after graduation
- Offered and conducted pre-apprenticeship training courses for public works and construction trades in vocational and public high schools
- Adjunct instructor for Community College, adult education and professional development courses in Agriculture and welding
- Sponsored and Developed a "Career Fair" for Greenfield and other local high schools at Greenfield High. Promoting seasonal jobs for underclassmen and fulltime, career focused positions for high school seniors
