- This is my business that all started with a little side work here and there
- I finally became confident enough and took the leap, and before I knew it I had more work then I could handle
- It was very successful for a couple of years then all of a sudden finding the right help for the scale of jobs I was getting was nearly impossible causing me to downsize substantially and stick with bidding small jobs
