I was tasked with overseeing operations of four stores, making certain everything was running as smoothly as possible, worked with vendors to keep the stores up to date with products, assigned projects to my employees, interviewing and everyday paperwork.

I spoke with existing and potential customers about the services we offered. I helped them set up phone lines, cable and internet and found solutions to any problems they may had.

I assisted the store manager in daily tasks. I coached employees and directed them in their tasks. I was responsible for scheduling as well as workload management.

My job was to perform repairs on ancillary components of wind turbine blades. I had to map out re-pairs, grind out the area, perform vacuum assisted lay ups, operate presses, cranes,as well hand lay up and, material composition for repair. I was trained in many types of repair techniques as well as characteristics of composite materials, and how they may present faults.
