Kyle Dodd

As the Assistant General Manager, I have a lot of responsibilities. I am in charge of making the schedules for the staff, front and back. I work very closely with the General Manager. I do all the orderings for the restaurant, including food and bar orders. I keep track of inventory for the front of house and back. I closely deal with all the vendors that come in and out of the building. Customer Service is at the top of the list. I take pride in making customers smile daily, so they will return to the restaurant.

I have been with Buffalo's for almost 10 years now. I have been brought up from the bottom, starting as a line cook and making my way to the top. I take pride in knowing that I will do whatever it takes to succeed. Buffalo's has given me a lot of life and personal skills i will be able to carry to other places in my life.

• Prepared multiple orders simultaneously during peak periods with high accuracy rate, maximizing customer satisfaction, and repeat business.
• Set up and prepared cooking supplies and workstations during opening and closing to maximize productivity.
• Created identical dishes numerous times daily with consistent care, attention to detail, and quality.
• Operated varied kitchen equipment, observing operation guidelines to avoid accidents and prevent malfunctions.
