It is my goal to explore a new company and improve upon my customer service experience to a higher level and be a hands on integral part of a company and team. I worked at most of the fine dining locations throughout both parks such as the Wine Country Trattoria, Big Thunder Ranch, Ariel's Grotto, and Blue Bayou. Disney has regorges high standards to excell as a fine dining cast member that I succeded at for the 14 years of working throughout the company locations.
I mentored a youth in the organization CASA- Court Appointed Special Advocate for a time during the Covid 19 shutdowns. Fostering a youth was a special time for me and I wish I could have spent more time with the organization but my job complications stood in the way of putting the time I needed to. It is my intention that with the right job stability to get involved in fostering youths again in the future.
I worked with this Amazon subsidiary for about a year at 2 different time frames during the Covid-19 shutdown. There was cutbacks then I was rehired a few months later.
Job Responsibilities
I have been working in the retail department since February 2022 in the Walt Disney Company at Black Spire Outpost location. While still in compliance with maintaining a professional decorum and immersion.
