I am a soccer coach with experience coaching male and female players at club soccer, high school soccer and college soccer levels. I am dedicated to my craft whether it is coaching academy players, inner city program players, middle school players, high school players and college players.
Head Coach of the u19 Girls competing in the National League (NL). Oversee all aspects of training and game-day planning. Coordinate training and player development with fellow staff coaches for all female age groups. Current roster includes 16 international players from 7 countries and 6 US players. I work closely with international soccer federations to recruit youth players to IMG, and coordinate development and training to sync their players in a way that does not inhibit or affect their international playing duties. Recent results include finishing this Fall Season at the top of the standings for the Florida Conference of NL,winning our bracket at the NL quarterfinals in Arizona last month, which advances us to nationals later this year,and winning the Tampa Bay Super Cup U19 Girls Division this fall as well. Selected by my director to serve as lead coach for a 13-day trip to play Premier League U21 teams in England.
Responsible for all aspects of the Mens Soccer Program.
Primary duties include recruiting, creating effective training plans, managing assisting coach, implementing game plans based on scouting of opponents, and tracking players progress in the classroom.
Other duties include planning of logistics for away trips, conference meetings, game scheduling and assisting AD as needed on projects.

Assist Head Coach's across all age groups U13-U19 with training and development of teams in the MLS Next program. MLS Next is the highest level of boys youth soccer in the U.S.
Film analysis of opposing teams and then utilizing analysis in creating scouting reports for Head Coach.

Assisted head coach in organizing, preparing, and conducting team practices and trainings. Assisted head coach with implementing strategies and tactics. Assisted head coach with recruitment of student-athletes in accordance with NCCAA rules. Assisted head coach in planning and arranging team travel.
Head Coach of Christ Church Academy girls varsity soccer. Primary responsibilities include facilitating tryouts, building training and game schedules, and developing appropriate training curriculum. In addition to those responsibilities my core and most important responsibility was to provide an environment where the players could develop, improve their soccer skills, and win games. Prior to assuming the head coach position the Varsity girls soccer program averaged 5 wins per season over the previous 4 seasons. In my first season we finished with a record of 10-6. In my second season we finished 15-4-1,won our District championship and advanced to the FHSAA regional finals.
In 2018 I began my time at Florida Elite coaching on the youth side for boys and girls teams. During my tenure at Florida Elite I have coached all levels of players from competitive travel teams to our semi-pro USL2 men's team. In 2020 I was promoted to a Director of Coaching position. My director role encompasses all responsibilities regarding soccer for over 400 soccer players and 24 coaches.
In 2018 I started out as the head coach for the girls varsity soccer team. I spent two seasons as their head coach with a win/loss record of 26 and 3. In 2020 I was appointed to the role as Director of Soccer. In this role I was responsible for all four teams. ( 2 boys teams and 2 girls teams )
My responsibilities included hiring head coaches. Facilitating tryouts for all four teams. In season responsibilities included communication and follow up with parents and coaches regarding timely issues throughout the season i.e. schedule changes, injuries, and disciplinary action.
