I perceive me to be a good responsive worker, who will get things done when told to do by superiors. I like to do things quick and efficient for it gives my co-workers more time to get things done or to prepare for the next objective. The feeling of being nervous and hesitant is something I deal with of learning something new, however once I understand the steps and protocols of what my role is for my line of work, I adapt and continue to repeat what I am doing to be comfortable until I have the confidence of being efficient and accurate. Additionally I consider myself to be an self-awareness worker to know and understand steps I could improve on and mistakes to learn from to further acknowledge the correct and better process to have a safe and well run work environment. Having worked multiple jobs for different companies, I have learned many ways how they train their employees in the line of work and methods used to have higher sales or increased efficiency in getting objectives done in a timely manner, so to learn and be trained from different trainers and employers. I have learned to familiarize myself in doing research of what the job requires and the line of work they do to further be more prepared for questions or the unexpected.
