- Worked with Mattioni for 1 year as an advanced apprentice.
- Installed outdoor units by myself, usually get them done within 1 hour 30 minutes, 2 hours max, depending on the situation.
- When I finished the outside, I would go inside to help out my lead, including gas, low volt/high volt, sheet metal, humidifiers, thermostat, venting, and so on.
- We only had 2-men crews at Mattioni, so I'm used to working in a very intense, fast-paced work environment.
- I can braze just about anywhere, even the tightest places.
- Even with a full install, my lead and I would usually be done by 3pm.
- I was looked upon very highly at Mattioni I put in my two weeks there because they were slashing our bonuses to nearly nothing and I was paid poorly, the managment and the people who map out jobs had no experience in this field so when they screwed up they would take it out of our pay (I know sounds crazy its true)
- Even though things were screwed up at Mattioni, I still took extreme pride in my work and kept a positive attitude no matter what. I really enjoy this career and find it fun!
- I have experience installing mini-splits as well, flaring, line hide, drilling, and condensate. Heights do not scare me. I am ready for anything!
