-Showing new hires around the line and performing a LOTO sign off to make sure they understand what to expect when coming to the line.

-Training operators over the equipment that they will be running.

-Performing tech level sign offs over the line when the operators are ready.

-Work with maintenance every chance I get when things are being repaired on the 3 lines in 20 building.

-Earned tech 4 overtime while helping maintenance.

Started out as a level 1 machine operator and spent some time training over the equipment. Over the time being an Operator I earned my 3 tech levels that are required. I then began training other operators and coming in on my days off to help other crews learn changeovers.

Started out as a roll hauler.

I ended up getting leveled out and signed off on all 3 trucks and was good about staying busy and learning.

Hung metal roofs and siding.

Learned usage of hand tools and how to measure things correctly.

Threw away old wood and material that was being replaced.
