As a Branch Operations Supervisor my primarily responsibilities are to supervise a high performing team, responsible for handling product safely, efficiently, and effectively as it moves through our facility. Responsible for working with Service Manager overseeing 15 Facility services routes. I started Cintas as an SSR (Service Sales Representative). I quickly completed the certification process for the SSR role and was promoted to a Service Supervisor position. This position had me leading and co-managing 15 routes, I was a point person with communication to contract pricing, contract renewals, managing SSRs to their key performance indicators, customer relations, leading new company initiatives. In the absences of team members, I would often fill in and cover their route deliveries. In my time with Cintas, I quickly learned all 15 routes and customers and was a valued piece in developing route efficiency and rerouting planning.

I began as an Assistant Manager (St. Cloud, MN) and was quickly promoted to a Manager (Blaine, MN) after six months of training and interim managing the St. Cloud location. We not only met sales goals (weekly/monthly), we exceeded them by wide comp increases. This gained the attention from: Regional Manager, Corporate Leadership which let to my promotion. I managed over a location dealing with a lot of turnover which had annual sales goal of 1.6 million. With constant focus on team building, new processes, training and development, new hires, etc. The staff bought into my long range goals and we executed 2.1 million in our first year.
