With a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and recent experience as a student assistant at CalSTRS, I bring expertise in data analysis, research, client relations, and project assistance. My diverse background includes sales, customer service, and real estate services, enabling me to build strong client relationships and deliver results in a timely, detail-oriented manner. I am committed to maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and professionalism in all tasks.
Data Analysis & Review: Assist with form review and data analysis to validate member eligibility and ensure completeness; perform data entry of applications and forms; and partner with subject matter experts to ensure quality control review of work. Carefully follow established processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Research: Review and analyze member account information, member records, and resource materials as appropriate to complete inquiries.
Communication: Respond timely and professionally, both verbally and in writing, to members and/or employers if a form is required to be returned for corrections; prepare correspondence while adhering to high standards of written communication set by the CalSTRS Style Guide; and collaborate with other teams within the Service Retirement Division.
Projects: Assist Service Retirement staff and leadership team with special projects, as needed.
