• Provide 15+ management role candidates, including Compensation Analyst, Market Development Specialist, Technical Program Manager, and Diversity & Inclusion Coordinator
• Utilize a variety of recruiting sources, including LinkedIn Recruiter, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and Monster, to target potential talent
• Build a strong candidate network on a foundation of collaborative relationships, utilizing CTS platforms, CATS, Beeline, and Paycom, along with excellent communication and customer service skills
• Monitor the internal applicant tracking system for 22 openings and fill positions within a timely manner to meet clients' requirements
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and execute effective engagement, screening, and closing approaches that deliver a diverse range of
candidates
• Act as a liaison between candidates, talent acquisition team, and PMO to deliver feedback effectively
