● Ensuring quality: Ensuring the correct fitting of all parts and conducting quality control checks

● Maintaining tools and equipment: Maintaining tools and equipment, including cleaning and maintaining the work area

● Reading schematics: Reading and deciphering schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions

● Positioning parts: Positioning or aligning components and parts, either manually or with hoists

● Using tools: Using hand tools or machines to assemble parts

● Preparing work: Preparing work to be accomplished by studying parts lists and gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials

● Unpacks, examines and routes incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages, and corresponds with shipment to rectify damages and shortages. Receives and processes all defective parts returned for replacement or credit.

● Maintains inventory of shipping materials and supplies.

● Performs all computer functions necessary to track various aspects of goods.

● Supports the shipment of goods produced and the received goods and supplies to be used in or to aid in the production/storage of goods destined for sale to our customer base.

● Responsible for making arrangements for pick up by the carrier specified on the customer’s purchase order, which is conveyed to the shipping clerk by final inspection via the shipping instructions.

● Assist in assembly, repair or testing of electromechanical equipment such as Circuit, Line Load, Capacitor Switchers or similar

● Transfer parts from storage with an overhead crane

● Remove burrs and rough surfaces from metal parts with a hand file or pneumatic grinder

● Brush lubricant on moving parts and fits parts together on the bench, following blueprints

● Set up and operate drill press and hydraulic or manual press

● Connect electric wires to terminals of the subassembly

● Move subassemblies to and from the storage area

● Assists in transportation and set-up of equipment for testing

● Keep work area maintained and clean

● Shipping and receiving equipment.

● Cleaning and Restocking products in Warehouse.

● Loading and unloading 56, 40, 20 ft Containers.

● Wrapping and packing pallets for shipment to UPS, FedEx, and Amazon.

● Packing department: Making Labels for UPS, FedEx, and Amazon.

● Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock; recording location of inventory.

● Locates materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production orders.

● Restocking Equipment in Warehouse

● Inventory count on all equipment such as Bed-frames, Wheelchairs, FoamKits, Mattresses, etc.

● Shipping and Receiving equipment

● Driving equipment to all facilities in NewJersey, New York, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, And Maryland

● Maintains material-handling equipment by completing pre-use inspections; making operator repairs.

● Read blueprints for next order to check any changes of bed equipment.

● Build new air hoses and troubleshoot air machine.

● Rebuilding and repairing medical/ hospital equipment to be sent out next day

● Assisting other Drivers to Load and unload vans and trucks

● CPR and Medication Administrator Certified.

● Traveling clients to Doctor Appointments, Hospital, and daily activities.

● Assisting with the feeding, cleaning and transportation of residents in addition to housekeeping duties such as changing linens and light cleaning.

● Required lifting, kneeling and long shifts of standing and walking.

Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.

• Describe merchandise and explain use, operation and care of merchandise to customers.

• Assist customers by providing information and resolving their complaints.

• Establish or identify prices of goods, services or memberships, and tabulate bills cash registers or optical price scanners.

• Receive payments by cash, check, credit cards, or automatic debits.
