ROTC Responsibilities
Battalion Commanding Officer
- Responsible for day to day and long term operations in the Navel ROTC program.
- Ensured proper execution of battalion events and communication between active duty staff and students.
Crew Commander
- Responsible for communication between crew chiefs regarding battalion members day to day lives and student staff.
- Planned and executed end of semester competition to build camaraderie and celebrate the end of the academic semester.
Communications Officer
- Responsible for battalion social media posts, campus presence, recruiting efforts, and Military Officers Association of America articles from NROTC unit.
Crew Chief
- Responsible for passing word and ensuring tasks were completed for group of ten battalion members, as well as their day to day updates.
Public Affairs Officer
- Responsible for taking photos of battalion events and making posts on the battalion social media pages.
New Student Orientation Action Officer
- Responsible for planning and execution of orientation event during the Summer for incoming Freshman students.
