With over 10 years of experience at Nucor-Yamato, I began my journey as an intern while pursuing my associates degree at ANC. After successfully completing my degree, I was offered a position in the shipping department, where I gained valuable experience in various roles and steadily progressed within the company. Seeking to broaden my knowledge of the steel process and operations, I made a seamless transition into the Rolling Mill department. Throughout my tenure, I honed my skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, prioritizing precision and quality. Proficient in utilizing a wide range of steel making processes and techniques, I consistently upheld safety protocols and maximized efficiency. Having also transferred to another division within Nucor, specifically Nucor Vulcraft/Verco Group, I am now actively seeking new opportunities to further grow and contribute expertise.
