• Started as full time on 09/17/2024, but recently switched to part time in order to have time for line school. My company schedule only allows me to go back to 8/2025, while full time working a 40 hour schedule and overtime from the dates of 8/18/2025 - 11/02/2025 I worked 102.22% of the required 50% of total hours. 11/03/2025 - 02/01/2026 97.36% of the required 50%. 02/02/2026 - 05/31/2026 97.70% of the required 50%. 06/01/2026 - 08/16/2026 106.34% of the required 50%. 08/17/2026 - current 96.66% of the required 50%. I started making $15.25 per hour and am currently making $17.10 per hour with an additional $2 per hour when I am filling a manager shift.

• Oversee airline ground operations and successfully lead a team of ramp agents.
• Safely operate various types of equipment such as belt loaders, pushback vehicles, tugs and more.
• Operate equipment while observing all safety procedures.
• Report equipment malfunctions to supervisor for immediate repair attention to avoid creating flight departure delays.
• Coordinate ground crew activities to complete objectives on schedule.
• Communicate closely with flight crew to ensure safe pushback.
• Guide aircraft into and out of gates using hand signals.
• Coordinate with other ramp agents to verify baggage was placed on correct outgoing flight.
• Complete cargo manifests and flight paperwork for proper luggage tracking.
• Maintain clean, orderly work environment free of hazards.

I started on 05/06/2023. I processed customer transactions efficiently, ensuring accurate handling of cash and providing excellent customer service. Coordinated with the inventory manager to receive and sort freight. Strong communication skills with other team members both in person and via two-way radio. My last day was 07/05/2024.
