I have run multiple mid size projects for JH Kelly electrical, both commercially and industrially. I have been involved in many Large sized projects in concert with additional general foreman including MOD 3 of Intel's Ronler Acers MOD 3 base build project. My most recent projects include CDHY vancouver school for the deaf, classroom and gymnasium expansion project, over the course of about one and a half years. The next major project was the removal, Replacement and infrastructure instillation to accommodate a new, larger 7000 horsepower natural gas turbine made to drive a compressor at a Northwest Natural natural gas compressor station located in mist oregon. Northwest Natural was very pleased with all aspects of the projects and JH Kelly and the original crews were asked to come back for the second portion of the project, replacing the sister compressor next door.

Duties covered by my position included looking ahead at the beginning of the project, identifying any potential hangups, contradictions, ordering long lead time items, field calculations and issues. Once the project was underway, responsibilities shift to coordinating between multiple trades, ordering, manpower meetings and coordination company wide in order to allocate manpower. Final say in utilization of the prefabrication resource, as well as delegating to field foreman expectations for individual crews, their scope of work, as well as timelines. Main job being, remove excuses, take ultimate responsibility for the project, and provide and maintain field labor with all possible recourses to maintain their, and subsequently our success as a company. Maintain happy customers, and continue a steady flow of work for the tradesmen and women in the field.

• Assisted in installation and maintenance of electrical systems according to industry standards.
• Collaborated with journeyman electricians to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues effectively.
• Operated hand tools and power tools safely in compliance with safety regulations.
• Participated in on-the-job training sessions to enhance technical skills and knowledge base.
• Worked with many knowledgeable journeyman and Foreman in order to hone my skills as an apprentice, as well as see the makings of an effective leader.
