Personal information
- I am now 61 years of age. I answered the call ministry at 34 after years of denial on my part. God didn't let me go. I have been raised in the church by faithful parents and grandparents. I have been divorced twice,once before entering the ministry and once since. Both met the biblical reason of adultery on the part of the women I was married to. I tried reconciliation on both counts but was unsuccessful. I feel obligated to make these difficult and painful episodes known for the full consideration of any and all that would consider my qualifications to pastor honorably and effectively.
I am available to relocate to best fullfil my responsibility to the church I serve
I was saved at the age of 9 years of age. I made my profession of faith to Beacon Baptist church of Tyler Texas in 1974. My family moved to Texarkana Texas in 1976.I joined County Avenue Baptist under the pastorate of Dr. Paul Magness.
I graduated Texas High School in 1983.
I announced my call to ministry in 1999. I enrolled at Texas Baptist Institute and Seminary. While there I was called to pastor Zion Hill Baptist church. I pastored there and graduated with an Associate degree in English Bible and a Bachelor degree in Theology. I was awarded the David Proctor Expository Preaching while attending the seminary.
I have continued the call to ministry until the present and seek to serve in any way that is benefit to others and God. I am sound in the faith and its defense, I am no novice in the responsibility of pastor.
I owe allegiance to the Triune God. I believe in the inerrancy of scripture and the security of the believer.
