  • Oversaw completion of 57 Safe-To-Operate discrepancies during Light-Off Assessment. Trained 14 electricians in the operation and troubleshooting of 440V motor controllers, griddles and convection ovens.

  • Led 74 Sailors in preparing of annual Harvest and Winter Festivals which resulted in 1,100 volunteer man-hours.
  • Sustained 257 computer and logistic systems across two commands which conserved $238,000 command resources.
  • Trained 10 personnel in EOC and C4I monitoring.
  • Managed three commands across 2 installations as Funeral Honors facilitator which qualified 10 sailors, completed 12 funeral details and maintained more than 100 pieces of funeral equipment.

Motor Rewind Technician

  • Led 14 Sailors in the repair to 31 ventilation motors, two walk-in galley reefers, eight convection ovens and 112 lighting related work requests.
  • Cleaned 26 Load Centers rated at 4160V each.
  • Repaired his own Motor Rewind Shop's electrical test bench which saved $19,000 in contractor repair costs.
  • Expended 64 man-hours to train 25 electricians which qualified 11 Load Center Rovers, 10 400Hz Switchboard Operators, two Aft-Steering Electricians and 11 Chief Electrical Watch standers.
  • Trained and led seven Sailors in the installation and removal of 124 damaged 440V cables onboard, which saved $82,000 in Depot Level repairs.
  • Repaired 35 440V Hangar Bay light fixtures and made quick repairs to 45 110V-220V multipurpose outlets.
