I've been an avid reader since I started grade school, and learned what books were and their purpose. Since then I've brushed up on my reading skills, because I feel reading is necessary to truly understand anything in life being that in reading most of the time the answer you are looking for is in front of you, but you wouldn't think about it on average basis.
