Dependable, hardworking, and driven. I have a strong affinity for wildlife research and being outdoors. I am currently enrolled at the University of Montana, and I am pursuing a bachelors of science in Environmental Science and Sustainability with a concentration in Resource Conservation and a minor in Anthropology.
During the summer of 2024, and many summers in the past, I worked as a house and pet sitter for a friend's family. I fed and walked their two dogs and cleaned up after them both indoors and outdoors. I managed a variety of household tasks, including mail collection, plant care, trash removal, and garden maintenance until they returned. I frequently communicated with the homeowners via text and was diligent in my efforts to keep them updated on the condition of their home and their pet's care. As previously mentioned, I have done similar work to this many summers prior having worked for my neighbors and other family friends as a pet sitter for a variety of animals from reptiles to mammals.
At Tide, I provided excellent customer service by fulfilling customer requests and handling complaints professionally. I managed cash transactions with strict care and precision, adhering to company policies on cash handling to ensure accuracy in all financial exchanges. I detailed clothes, made small repairs, and ensured that customer orders would be fulfilled in a timely manner. My organizational skills were utilized in managing and arranging clothing racks to create an aesthetically pleasing storefront that was easy to navigate for myself and my co-workers. I consistently maintained cleanliness in the store by vacuuming frequently and ensuring all areas remained neat and welcoming for customers. I also worked with delivery drivers to efficiently load and unload customer orders, ensuring that items were properly prepared to be transported to the processing plant.
