With 17 years of comprehensive experience in the transportation industry, including hands-on exposure to nearly every aspect of the business, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise in operations, fleet management, logistics, and customer relations. Having grown up in a family-owned trucking business, I developed a strong work ethic and an in-depth understanding of the industry from an early age, starting at the age of 12. Over the years, I have gained knowledge in vehicle maintenance, driver relations, logistics coordination, and regulatory DOT HOS compliance, along with experience in managing freight operations and maintaining organized and efficient operations.

As Operations Manager at RTS, Inc., I successfully oversaw a fleet of 30 trucks and 35 trailers, coordinating freight for a refrigerated trailer driver fleet. I played a pivotal role in growing the fleet from 15 to 30 trucks, and in ensuring the effective management of logistics operations.

Extensive experience dispatching loads, training and supervising dispatchers, and maintaining fleet organization by ensuring proper parking and trailer management.

Founded and ran Steadfast Freight, a freight brokerage company, managing operations, client relationships, and payments. While the business was successful, it closed after facing delayed payments from key customers.
