  • Tech Transfer project: Assisted in the item number and material spec creation for 33 new parts into GMP processes and coordinated the receipts of 105 items in 2 weeks.
  • Rack build: Assisted in the measurements, construction, traffic flow, and systematic transferring of materials within the warehouse to increase storage capacity from 432 bin locations to 2,960 (685%) with a $185 K budget.
  • KPI Metrics: Implemented daily metrics to track daily operational output compared to daily/weekly goals. Tracked and reported performance in weekly/monthly meetings on a dashboard developed in Smartsheet.
