• My job was to clean up crimes scenes, families would call us after a suicide, homicide, or anything dealing with biological fluids. We would assess the situation, figure out how many hours it would take to remediate the area, we would then perform the necessary procedures to make the area safe again, We also dealt with hoarding situations.

• I assisted customers in the selection and purchasing of the Mobile Phones, some customers wanted to upgrade and stay with there same carrier, others wanted to leave there carrier and go with someone else.Verizon, Sprint, and.AT&T were the three main carriers. I also assisted customers in sending there phones off for service.

• I started in Home theater performing the same duties I had at Circuit City, but then wanted to learn more about the store so started working in other departments and over time was able to work in any department, so when assistance was needed in another area of the store I was pulled from Home Theater to help out. My main job was to make sure customers were taken care of in every way so they would leave happy and want to come back to Best Buy.
