  • I started as a line cook at the Ramada and worked my way up to chef after 4 years.

  • Then in the fall of 2020, the other hotel, Ramada, was added to my duties as well. I have overseen all aspects of the food and beverage operations.
  • Participated in transition during Ramada's 2024 sale
