My primary responsibility at Rubberite is insides sales. Advising customers in their material requirements for each project, negotiating pricing, availability and lead times. I’ve developed strong client relationships both professionally and personally through communication, understanding their needs, and providing tailored sales solutions for 100+ customers. I have served as the ambassador for Rubberite at trade shows and meetings to help advertise new products that were still in R&D to our wide customer base. I also was responsible for running weekly reports for management and accounting on the status of materials and customers outstanding balances. I’ve implemented new internal systems to help all sales members to be more efficient in providing specialized material quotes.
As an assistant farrier I was in charge of keeping track and maintaining schedules for the team based on location and each client’s needs. I worked closely with veterinarians and supported the farrier in diagnosing and treating hoof-related issues to ensure the health and performance of the horses.

Assisted counsel in preparing answers, providing documentation, and information for discovery request. I worked closely with our investor in going to locations to help provide additional research and photos of evidence and video interviews with clients. Each day facilitated timely and accurate billing by recording billable hours, expenses, and other relevant information in the firm''s billing system.
