I am currently responsible for responding to machinery breakdowns, trouble shooting , and fixing within a timely manner.

At northrop I deal with CNCs, cooling systems, autoclaves (oven), automated machinery, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical.

• Respond to machine breakdowns on the production floor
• Troubleshoot machinery in a timely manner to avoid production delays
• Work with a variation of production machinery
• Perform preventative maintenance during downtime
• Complete work orders by the deadline
• Fabricate parts for production machinery

• Performed preventative maintenance by the deadlines provided
• Worked with fully automated production machinery
• Worked with the preventive maintenance crew as a team

• Operated a tugger and forklift to deliver parts to production cells
• Picked up finished product from production cells and returned to shipping and receiving
• Loaded semis with finished product within the timeframe required
