My ultimate objective is to obtain a position where I can utilize my kronos payroll skills, management skills, continue to be innovative, customer service skills, computer skills, strong organizational skills, educational background and my ability to work well with others. I want to obtain a position where I can plant my feet and continue to grow within the organization. I want something that I can call a career and to not only provide for my family but to be a positive role model for my two little girls.

Senior Administrative Coordinator

  • I am responsible for coordination of various administrative functions for the entire facility/engineering department. I work closely with a group of leaders in a time sensitive, accurate, and confidential nature.
  • My primary responsibilities include payroll (Kronos) for upwards of 185+ employees task tracking, organization of data, calendar management, correspondence, purchase ordering (PeopleSoft), travel/expense management, response to inquiries and requests, meeting management, project management and overall support of all facility/grounds needs. I work closely in a proactive manner with an assigned group of leader(s) and serve as a liaison with other internal and external stakeholders. I assist in our EOC Tracer audits along with the Joint Commission and am apart of the DEI committee here at the hospital.

  • I was assisting with start up for this new company and am going to be overseeing all of scheduling.
  • I oversaw my employees timecards and made sure everything looked correct before payroll end. I would enter/remove punches, transfer time to a different department to ensure everything was correct.
