At my current job, I do a bunch of different things to help my boss out since he is busy almost all of the time. I will scan important documents into files, organize important paperwork, make sure we attend all important meetings throughout the day, help organize his personal life, help his wife and take care of anything that he cant do during his time crunch days.

My job was to look up parts for all different types of motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs and generators. The customer would Tell me what kind of vehicle they had and I would go to a parts fiche that would pull up a diagram of the exact bike they had. I would then grab the part number of the part they needed and put it into a system called Lightspeed. It would tell me if I had the part or not or if I had to order it for the customer. I could also use Lightspeed to see if other dealerships near me had the part so I could send a driver out to get it for the customer. My job also included helmet, gear and other accessory fitting. I would always keep a tidy space and make sure my customer service was outstanding.

My position here included me helping customers with parts as well. Mostly for off road vehicles but street bikes did come through. I would look on the parts fiche to find the part that the customer needed and I would either give it to them or order it. I would help restock the inventory and help any customer with gear or helmet sizing.

Here I was a Waitress/ Hostess, so I would take peoples orders run them to the back and get them whatever they wanted to eat. When they were finished I would ring them up at the register and serve them excellent customer service.

Here I was needed for the seasonal fair that they have every year. This included running all sorts of different stations, helping little kids, keeping the farm clean and making sure everyone had a pleasant experience with their family.
