I am a former Varsity swimmer who is interested in learning about Sports medicine/ therapy
I was on a varsity swim team for four years, in which I was also captain for two years. While I swam, I learned how far and hard you can push your body as an athlete and understand how easy it is to obtain even minor injuries.
