Mentor new UAH Product Design Team (PDT) students: teach students on the expectations for the project to which they are assigned and assist them in executing their tasks.

T-7A Red Hawk (Airforce Jet Trainer) project

· Worked with the Boeing lead to independently verify their test case procedure meets validation requirements.

· Independently evaluated the Boeing-developed script code used to transfer 3D CAD models into the Siemens Teamcenter10 software format worked correctly and resulted in accurate, usable models

· Created 2D drawings of several Thermal Vacuum Chamber test fixture parts and assemblies.

· Review checklists for individual parts and assemblies to validate all drawing standards and specifications were met. Create PowerPoint slides to provide a visualization when issues are discovered.

· Updated latest finish specification requirements and standards work for existing models inside NX11 and Teamcenter 11.

· Quality check all UAH PDT students work to make sure it meets the Boeing provided validation standards

· Worked in team environment to additively manufacture development and qualification components

· Constructed high quality mockups with 3D printed models
